We had to make a "Family Turkey." He came home with the blank turkey and the brown background and the assignment was to decorate the turkey as a "family" using whatever we had around the house.
Yesterday I took the boys to Michael's to get some stuff we need for Josh's Christmas Pageant costume (he's a bell... more on that another day) and we got some things to decorate the turkey too.
This morning we all took part in decorating the turkey and here is the finished product....
There is glitter on there too, not sure if you can see it or not.
I don't know about you, but I'm pretty impressed with the outcome! I'm sure it will be the best dressed turkey in his class!
I love the sequins!
ReplyDeleteHey, that turkey has bling! LOL!
ReplyDeleteWonderful Job!!
Beeeeautiful turkey....Way too nice to eat :)
ReplyDeleteThat is too cute! Great idea!
ReplyDeleteThat is sooooo cool! Great job!
ReplyDeleteAwww...well done!!
ReplyDeleteWow! I'm impressed! Really. My 2 year old is so not into art and glue. He likes to scribble on walls, but I don't think that counts. His art projects at school always look like someone just tossed a bunch of glue and paper together and called it a day.
ReplyDeleteNow that's a turkey that says "hey.. we're a fun family"
ReplyDeleteI bet his classmates love it!
Awww....I LOVE it!!! That's the cutest little turkey I have ever seen! Way to go Sam!
ReplyDeleteIt's like a turkey that went to mardi gras!
ReplyDeleteAwwww, what an awesome project. Looks like you guys had a blast finishing it. Nice job!
